You guys – you guys. It finally clicked for me.

I went bra shopping a few weeks ago and really had to look at myself mostly naked and it was an eye-opener.

I was definitely in need of losing weight. It wasn’t a vain desire any longer. I had gotten to the point where I am an unhealthy weight.

So I really started tracking my points. And meeting regularly with the same coach. And slowly slowly some weight is coming off. I am no where near where I need to be but the scale is moving in the right direction – for the first time in years.

Here’s a look at my goals –

1st Goal – Get to 165 (goal date: Oct 14)

Reward: Cute workout outfit
This is still currently my goal. I didn’t make it by October 14 but I’m hoping to hit it this week or next.
2nd Goal – Get under 155 (goal date: Thanksgiving)
Reward: Manicure
I’m going to keep going towards this goal for Thanksgiving. If I keep tracking and add in more exercise, I believe I can make it.
3rd Goal – Get to 150 (goal date: Christmas)
Reward: Massage

Ultimate Goal – Hit 145

Reward: Buy new workout series

Plan:
Track 7-days a week – Need to keep this up. I’ve been going strong for a few weeks…just need to stick with it. And track EVERYTHING (including my coffee creamer and the starbursts I steal from the office candy jar.)
Work-out 4 times a week – Need to start this. My goal is MWF and either Sat or Sun. Doing whatever I feel like for a min of 30m.
Weigh-in on Fridays – My weigh-ins have been on Wed and that’s been going well and keeping me more on track on weekends. BUT, the scale seems to respond better on Thursdays so I may adjust it…
Report here on weekdays – Gonna try to do this…
