Football Deviled Eggs

1 Lean |1 Healthy Fat | 2 Condiments

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced in half lengthwise

2 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise with olive oil

2 Tbsp nonfat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp pickle juice

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

¼ – ½ tsp hot sauce

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

Chives for garnish

Kale for garnish

 

Directions

  1. Remove yolks from egg halves. In a medium-sized bowl, mix egg yolks and remaining ingredients until smooth.
  2. Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture into egg white shells. Garnish with chives to resemble football laces, if desired.
  3. Optional: serve eggs atop a bed of shredded kale to resemble a football field.
