Why is it so hard to just get it going?? I want to lose weight. I need to lose weight. But I just can’t seem to make it happen. How do you flip that switch to start making healthy choices??

I’m going to start the C25K tonight. I have a very active puppy that loves going on walks and I think he would do really well walk/jogging.

I think one other thing that would help is better planning. Especially for dinner. We just kind of wing it at night and that usually ends up being higher than planned.

I also haven’t been great about bringing my lunches to work. I need to work on food prepping so I have good food I actually am interested in eating for lunch.

What helps you get on track and stay on track??
