So I haven’t been great about updating regularly on my points/activity… Whoops! Last week was a bit off and I gained 0.8. No real worries there… This week will be better!
I did decide we need to set some goals though… And I really like No Thanks to Cake’s goals so I’m gonna steal ’em.
1st Goal – Get under 160
Reward: Cute workout outfit
2nd Goal – Get under 150
3rd Goal – Get under 145
Final Goal – Hit 140
Reward: Buy new workout series
I think those are all realistic and motivating goals! So right now I’m going to focus on getting these first 6 pounds off. I know I can do it… I just have to be willing to sacrifice..
… eating everything I want to eat
… sleeping in until whenever I want
…. eating out whenever I want.
