Hey all. Or no one… I’ve been away for awhile. And even thought I would never post again.
But I’ve been back on track with Weight Watchers and want a spot with a little accountability.
And so here I am.
This week has been great! I’ve eaten around 27 points each day – I am allowed 26. I say one extra point a day is not so bad.
I have been doing the coaching rather than the meetings and so far I love it. It is so much more helpful for me to have personal suggestions than to sit in a big meeting. I’ve never really been a meeting girl.
My plan is to post each morning with my stats and how the day before went. Wish me luck!
