Back in November I re-joined Weight Watchers. For probably the 6th time. I’m not sure why.. but I’m a sucker for Weight Watchers. It’s never really worked for, but it has sort of worked for me.

When I follow the plan, I lose weight. But then I stop following the plan and I quit losing weight.

I think I KNOW it will work if I stick to it, so I keep going back to it. Now I just have to stick to it.

Well… back to joining in November. I joined… went a few times… and never went back.

Blame it on
my schedule
travel
holidays
a leader i didn’t like
meeting attendees i couldn’t relate to
…whatever it may be

I quit going.

BUT… my subscription ended and I decided I would rejoin and I would start going to meetings again. UNTIL I noticed a new option. For a few more dollars a month Weight Watchers was now offering individual coaching. Hmmm.

That sounded pretty good to me. So I signed up.

And had my first call on Tuesday.

And it was great. The coach set me up with some great goals for the week. We set-up a weigh-in day at home and some realistic goals to help me wade through my current obstacles.

I left the call feeling very motivated. Excited even about this next phase in the journey.

Have you ever worked with a coach? What works best for you?
