Where to start? What to say? Anyone listening?

As of tomorrow, I have been a Mrs. for one-month.

As of Monday, I embark on a new lifestyle.

I am 32. And my husband is 27 (cougar, cradle-robber, super smart??). We don’t want to wait long to start a family.

I have PCOS.

In doing a bit of research I have discovered that one way to improve your chances of getting pregnant when you have PCOS is by following a low-car/low-sugar diet.

Prior to the wedding I ate low-carb/low-sugar and dropped 13 pounds (getting down to 152!) and felt great.

Since the wedding I have been in a celebratory “eat all the carbs and sugars” mode.

Monday I begin my journey back to low-carb/low-sugar. To continue the weight loss process, but even more to help us prepare to start a family.

I’m going to focus on eating lean proteins, some fruit and lots of veggies.

How could I not change my lifestyle if it means I get to make a baby with this guy?

Have you had to change your eating for your health??
