It’s Friday! Amen and amen.
My goal for this Friday was to be at 159 something.
And today I weighed in at 158.4. Woot woot!
My goal for next Friday is 156 something.
This week was a good one. I had one “cheat” snack, otherwise I stayed on track. I ate well. I worked out. I feel like I’ve finally found a good routine.
I just need to add more cardio in. My goal this week is to ACTUALLY add that C25K business that I’ve been talking about. One day Body Pump, one day C25K. I can do it!
This weekend doesn’t consist of too much craziness…
Tonight I’m going to happy hour with a friend. I will eat well but I will allow a glass of wine (or two).
Saturday is wedding CRAFT DAY.
Sunday is pool time baby.
