I gained two pounds this week.

I’m pretty perplexed about that.

Last weekend my eating was off and I didn’t work out but the rest of the week was good and I got a few good work-outs in.

I’m hoping its just a “high” day…

We shall see though.

Either way, I am just going to keep trucking.

I leave this weekend for two weeks of work travel. Since it’ll be too challenging to follow the 21DF while on the road, I’m going carb free. No carbs for two weeks. Period.

I’m planning to pack and also shop for fruit/veggies/protein that I can keep with me as snacks when the meals don’t work out.

I will NOT use this two weeks to slack off and stuff my face.

I’m also bringing Turbo Fire with me and plan to do it daily.

Any tips/tricks for traveling healthy?
