Nutritionist has discovered great ways to help prevent hangover

Holidays coming, with them and frequent celebrations. After-work relationships with colleagues and friends become more common, and often take place with alcoholic drinks.

If you do not want to overdo it and the other morning you are struggling with hangover, there are several ways you can avoid this unpleasant condition.

Nutritionist Steve Macari for Harpers Bazaar has discovered that you need to drink plenty of water during the day before you go out.

“If you add salt to salt water, you will stimulate electrolytes and ensure that your body is in balance before you start to sweat on the dance floor,” says Macari.

Before you start drinking alcohol, Macari advises to feed the body with proteins that will act as a shield on your digestive system.

Before you go to bed, eat a piece of fructose-rich fruit to make the liver more efficient with the detoxification process.

“In this case, apples, grapes and watermelons are a good choice,” adds Macari.

A good supplement, Macari believes, will also be vitamin B1 that helps prevent the nervous system, brain, muscle, heart, stomach and intestines.

“When you wake up in the morning after you have had a drink, take a glass of cocktail or a cocktail of ordinary water, coconut water, orange juice and a little salt. Both options help increase liver function, “explains Macari.

To irritate the skin, use skin care products containing caffeine or extract the fruit of the herb stomach.
