The secret of longevity may be hidden in chili, chocolate and champagne, science says

If you refrain from certain foods, science says you may not need to, as long as you eat them in moderate amounts.

Namely, it has been discovered that some secret food, but also alcoholic beverages, help prevent dementia and improve health.


Filling one to three glasses of champagne a week slows down the occurrence of memory loss and dementia secret, according to the 2013 Reading University study.
